I am looking for a camcorder which can take lenses from a digital still camera, like a EF lenses of Canon. Any ideas?
I’ve never heard of one, and I’d be surprised if one exists. Camcorder chips are generally smaller than DSLR’s so you’d be losing a lot of light.

if you look around, there is a mount of sorts that screws into the tripod hole in the camera and adjusts to hold screw on type lenses from some slrs.

you may be thinking of the Hi8 analog camcorder that canon made a long time ago. that was the last camcorder built by canon with 1/2 inch ccds. newer models are much smaller imagers which makes the idea moot.
it would be silly to buy a non-digital camcorder at this point. professional versions of DV camcorders usually feature removeable lenses, but a lens for video use is much different design than for still photography which is another reason canon did not continue the project.
